He was predeceased by : his wife Pamela; and his parents, Paul and Louise of Brookside, NJ.. He is survived by : his son Paul Welsh III of San Diego; his siblings, Patricia Martina of Branchburg, NJ, Matthew Welsh of Palatka Florida and Catherine "Kitty" Welsh of Brookside, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Tara, Andrew, Peter and Jon.
