He is survived by: his siblings, Jim of Morristown, Lisa of Morristown, Mark of Morristown, Michael of Dover, Sheila of Needham, MA and Tara of Baltimore. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, consider donations to the following causes that touched Todd in life: In 1992, Todd was electrocuted in an accident on the job that also killed his friend and co-worker.
