He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wolk and Genevieve Wolk; and his sisters, Helen and Jeanie. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wolk; his children, Scott Wolk (Christina), Debbie Wolk (Al) and Christopher Wolk (Rosie); his grandchildren, Scottie Jr., Hannah, Brianna, Alyssa, Anthony, Francis and Sophia; and his siblings, Kathy and Pat.
