He was predeceased by : his parents, Forrest Worrell and Ida Worrell (Ristine); and his wife Joann Worrell (Alexander). He is survived by : his children, Forrest, Kathy Worrell (Pierce), Bernadette Tapper, Richard, Janet Hoffman (Worrell), David and Lisa Worrell (Kerner). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
