She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Palumbo; her spouse Gene McDowell; and her daughter Lisa McDowell. She is survived by: her father John Palumbo; her daughter Terri McDowell; her grandchildren, Charles Otting, Jr. and Gene Otting; and her siblings, John Palumbo, Florence Viman, Pauline Kessler (Richard) and Julie Ercol (Anthony Rullo). She is also survived by 13 loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully welcomes donations to assist with immediate needs.
