She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Foulks and Emma Foulks (Maloney); her husband David Fox; her daughter Kay Fox; and her siblings, Thelma E. Southard, Ivins "Lightning" Foulks, Earl "Sporty" Foulks, C. Russell "Mustard" Foulks, Donald "Boy Boy" Foulks and C. William "Butch" Foulks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary E. Homan and Jo Ann Fox; and her brother Robert Christophersen. She is also survived by four grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
