She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmello DiPasquale and Jenny DiPasquale; her husband Charles Graziano; her daughter Joan Moncada; and her brothers, George and Sam DiPasquale.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Graziano (Helen); her grandchildren, Michael Moncada (Patty), Paul Moncada (Lisa) and Charlie Graziano (Alexis); and her great grandchildren, Michael Moncada (Sanna), Matthew Moncada, Anna Graziano and Grace Graziano.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Church of St. Mel (26-15 154th St #26, Flushing, NY 11354). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood (111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590).
