She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecelia Macauley and Donald David Macauley; and her husband John Mark. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. David John Califf and Paul Mark Califf; her daughter-in-law Debra Ann Califf; and her grandchildren, El Califf and Matthew Mark Califf.
