It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Peter Bakanas of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, who passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carol Daub; his pets, Mike, Gracie, Ellie and Molly; his mother Eileen Bakanas; his mother-in-law Florence Daub; his father Raymond; his pet Belle; and his siblings, Anna Marie Hicks, Michael Bakanas (Cindy), Diate Katz (David), Stephen Bakanas (Lisa) and Paul Bakanas (Denise). He is also survived by five cats.
