He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGinley and Barbara McGinley; and his siblings, Kevin P. McGinley and Mary Susan Baldwin. He is survived by: his spouse Gail McGinley; his daughter Meghan McGinley; his siblings, Bill McGinley (Deb) and Peggy O'Neill (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Suzanne McGinley and Jeff Baldwin. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
