He is survived by: his significant other Anna May; his children, Concetta McCarron (Francis), Charlene Anna Smith (James) and Charles M. Cesare, Jr.; his grandsons, Matthew, Nathan Smith, Michael and Kevin McCarron; his great grandchild Lincoln N. Smith; and his brother Vincent Cesare. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
