We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 81, Connie J. Milligan of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Sheila DeNardo (late Dominic), Patricia Pettit (Bernard), Martha Milligan, Thomas Milligan and Richard Milligan; and her siblings' children, Lisa Osherow, Denise Raskay, Laura Kuzminski, Amy Bauer, Bernard Pettit II, William Pettit, Debbie Wheatley and Linda Johnston.
