He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his stepchildren, Lesley Ogle (Jack) and Ryan Amy; his sister Cindy Cattell (Rusty); his nieces, Sarah Cattell Blake and Julie Cattell (Jose); his nephew Edward Jonas "Joe" Cattell (Brianna); and his friends, John Stranahan (Rosemarie), William Feasel (Helen), Terry Kreger and Philip Amy.
