Ortiz Jr. Abuelo and Luna Celestia Breton Ortiz; his parents, Felix Ortiz and Nydia Torres; his siblings, Cynthia Fendrick (Anthony) and Luis Ortiz; his parents-in-law, Donald and Joanne Bautz; and his grandparents-in-law, Donald C. and Barbara Bautz. He was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Any donations made to the family will be used toward services and Felix Jr's future.
