He is survived by: his wife Catharine Carty; his children, Beverly Donker (John), John B. Carty (Alicia), Douglas Carty (Jackie), Mark Carty (Karen) and Valerie Carty; and his grandchildren, Mark Donker (Alexandra), Erin Carty (Nate), Daniel Donker (Ashlyn), Emily Lindeman (Preston), Meredith Blizard (Justin), Matt Carty (Kellie), Ryan Carty (Tessa), Michael Carty and Kendall Carty. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
