He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his sons, John Coulter (Rachel), Ryan Coulter (Kristen) and Matthew Coulter; and his siblings, Jim Coulter (Martha), Eileen Radetich (Ed), Trisha Rochford (John), Steve Coulter (Sue), Maureen DiMarco, Tom Coulter and Bridget Sanchirico (Gary). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
