She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Costa. She is survived by: her children, Tara Belford (Keith), Dayna Cerminara, Matthew Costa (Amy), Mom, Vaughn, Ryan, Andrew, Nicholas, Emily and Christopher. She is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
