He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Báez and Luis Medina Cruz. He is survived by: his wife Elisa Medina; his children, Luis, Edwin, Damaris and Elizer Medina; his grandchildren, Christopher A., Isaiah A. Medina, Raquel A. Gonzalez, Alexandra M., Jasmine M. and Talia Medina; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Anaise, Noah and Jacob; and his siblings, Rosa and Jose. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
