He is survived by : his father Henry Hockenberger, Sr.; his mother-in-law Donna Hockenberger; his siblings, Amanda Hockenberger (Andrew Piotrowski), Heather Netemeyer (Seth), Kelsey Hockenberger and Diane Armstrong; his nieces and nephews, Robin and Ivy Piotrowski; and his siblings, Clara and Henry Netemeyer.
