She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Floyd Carroll and Lucy Aline Carroll (Bonney); and her husband Donald H. Howell. She is survived by: her siblings, John F. Carroll II (Carol) of Chester, VA and Jean Boucher (Jack) of Canada; her children, Brian (Ann) of Mountain Lakes, NJ, Susan Solomon (Zach) of Charleston, SC and Keith (Virginia) of Mathews; and her grandsons, Ethan, Ronan and Noah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
