It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrienne P Matejek of Mountainside, New Jersey, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, Gary Forgach (Julia) and Shannon McCaslin (Jim); her children, Vivienne Bernice and Grant Joseph; her husband Steven Joseph Matejek (NJ); and her brother Kenny (Susan).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home (582 Springfield Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
