She is survived by: her husband Alan; her daughters, Teri, Dawn and Kris; her grandchildren, Jenny, David, Jeremy and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Gabby; and her siblings, Jean, Edward and Robert.
In recent years Anita has enjoyed knitting for charity; many of her works went to South Dakota to help Native American children.
