Higgins (Keith); his grandchildren, Ross, Jessica and Allison Higgins; his brother Donald J. Jackson (Ramona); his niece Nikki Haffly (Justin); his nephews, Andrew Jackson (Rachel) and Matthew Jackson; and his close friend Frank Camiolo.
