He is survived by: his mother June Tistan; his wife Reverend Deborah Moore; his children, Wesley Oliver IV, Nathan Jerimiah, Silas Daniel and Faith Valarie; his brothers, Clayton (Julie), Forest (Elaine), Jeffery and Scott (Jen); his nieces and nephews, Jayna, Catherine, Trevor and Cole; his stepdaughter Mindy Phillips (Ryan); and his stepgrandchildren, Avery Schaeffer, Weston Schaeffer (U. S. Airforce) and Brooke Schaeffer.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Lazarus House Ministries, Wildwood NJ (food pantry) or CVAC in Cape May County (helping Veterans in need).
