She is survived by: her children, Stephen Shirk, Kevin Shirk and Tamara Kutovy (Mark); her grandchildren, Morgan Paige Coley, Amanda Shirk and Weston Shirk; and her siblings, George Smith, Ron Smith, Alan Smith (Kim) and Christine Smith.
