He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles H Massey and Marie Massey; his son Michael; and his siblings, William, Barbara, Joseph and Mary.

He is survived by : his wife JoElaine; his children, Charles and Michele; his grandchildren, Haley, Michael, Piper, Caine and Dominic; his daughter-in-law Courtney; and his sister Florence. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
