It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Britt of Neptune, New Jersey, born in Lake Providence, Louisiana, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Morehouse and Lillie Robinson Whaley; and her siblings, Ida Logan, Roosevelt and Joseph Robinson.
She is survived by : her husband Curtis Britt; her children, Felicia Britt (Maurice), Earnest Dade (Shermayne) and Dwayne Britt (Fran); her grandchildren, Davon Dade, De'Ja Moorman (Louis), Dy'Sheria Dade, Matthew Morris and Me'Kai Morris; her great grandchildren, Zy'Coree Griffin-Dade, Peyton Dade-Epps, Kayden Moorman and Kamari Moorman; her nieces, Wanda Howard, Pamela Howard and Chanel Ellison; her son-in-law Sean Jones; and also Jayson "Ninny" Fitzgerald.
