Perez of Toms River, Maribel "Melly" Perez of Freehold, Alexander Ortiz, Benjamin Nielsen, Sebastian Arista and Frida Arista; his siblings, Jose Perez, Bon Perez, Carmen Perez, Norma Perez, Roy Perez, Guadys Perez and Alicia Perez; his daughter Maribel; and his granddaughter Demi. He is also survived by relatives, friends, and a host of nieces and nephews.
