It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Minnick of Neptune, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James O'Gara and Bridget O'Gara; and her sisters, Rita and Bernadette O'Gara. She is survived by : her husband Joseph R. Minnick Sr.; her children, Jennifer Brennan (Kevin) of Neptune, NJ, Jospeh R. Minnick Jr. of Long Branch, NJ and Patrick O'Gara Minnick of Atlantic Highlands, NJ.; her grandchildren, Meghan O'Gara, Christopher Joseph and Emily Bridget; and her brother Vincent O'Gara of Whiting, NJ. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews as well as scores of friends, neighbors and many.

“Joe and Family Louise and I were very saddened to learn of Maureen’s passing and extend our most sincere sympathies, thoughts and prayers to you and your family. We can still visualize Maureen as a bubbly young girl at St Mary’s High school and admired her for the thoughtful and considerate person she was to all those who knew her.
