He is survived by: his wife Darlene Polk (Drout); his sons, Brian Polk (Jenn) and Jason Polk; his grandson Parker; his sister Linda Baxendale; his brother-in-law James Baxendale; his sister Carolyn DeMeritt (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Drout, Robert Siedentop, Susan Drout and Reggie Drout; and his siblings' children, Allison, Jeffrey, Michael, Jonathan, Gina, Jennifer, Emily, Allen, Mara and Alissa.
