He is survived by: his children, Paul Balram of Brooklyn, NY, Kenneth (Veda Balram), David (Devika Balram), Nauvin Balram of Queens, NY, Vineta (Romeo Persaud), Anita Narine of North Brunswick and Sanita (Clifford Budhoo); and his sisters, Jeannete Crandon of Guyana and Rehanna Cort of Guyana. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
