With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Wimmer of New Egypt, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on September 12, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Petz and Maria Petz; her husband Fritz Wimmer; her son James F. Wimmer; her sister Walli Plentinger; and her siblings-in-law, Sepp, Helmut Wimmer and Irma Pazamickas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Helen, Christine and Karen (Robert Troisi); her sibling's children, Sam, Mary Pazamickas, Walter and Laurie Wimmer (family: Renate Plentinger, Rudi Plentinger); and her sister-in-law Joan Luteman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home (52 Main St, New Egypt, NJ 08533). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of memorial contributions in Betty's memory can be made to the New Egypt Vol.
