James T. Dancer Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of James T. Dancer of New Egypt, New Jersey. James, born on December 21, 1943, passed away on September 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dancer and Mary Dancer; and his siblings, Robert Dancer and Phyllis Foulks. He is survived by: his children, Steven Dancer (Sharon Dancer) of Leesburg, GA and Rebecca Mitchell (Rick Mitchell) of Cream Ridge, NJ; his grandchildren, Dr. Chelsea Rae Mathews (Jason Matthews) of Clark's Green, PA, Morgan Taylor Sexton (Ken Sexton) of Hamilton Township, NJ and Ryan James Dancer (Lorraine Dancer) of Savannah, GA; his great grandchildren, Otto David Dancer and Mable Elizabeth Dancer; his siblings, Shirley Spengler of Naples, FL, Carol Johnson of New Egypt, NJ and David Dancer; and his girlfriend Clara Nurko. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
