He is survived by: his daughter Julianna O'Hagan of Philadelphia; his mother Margaret O'Hagan of New Egypt; his brother Thomas; his sister-in-law Debbie O'Hagan, Jr.; his nieces, Lauryn and Ashley (Tim); and his uncles, Jeff Powell, Jim Patty and Terry O'Hagan.
