He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bliss and Ruth Bliss. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Bliss (Barbara), Kevin Bliss (Debbie) and Karen Rogers (late Jimmy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
