With solemn reverence, we commemorate Luigi Araneo of New Milford, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on October 6, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Araneo and Lena Araneo (Mazzeo). He is survived by: his wife Margherita Araneo (Lotano); his sons, Lorenzo Araneo (Karen) and Giovanni Araneo (Angela); his sister Angela Cuneo (John Cuneo); his grandchildren, Sofia, Ariana and Nico; his nephew John Cuneo (Nicole); RJ Cuneo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1151 River Rd, New Milford, NJ 07646). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Church of the Ascension (256 Azalea Dr, New Milford, NJ 07646). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St Joseph Cemetery (179 Hackensack Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org) or the National Alzheimer's Association.
