He was predeceased by : his parents, Marie Knight Driggs and Edmund Hope Driggs; his stepmother Audrey Simpson Driggs; and his brother John Driggs. He is survived by : his wife Roseanne "Terry" Ryan Driggs; his children, Philip Driggs (Meredith) and Tara Hopfenspirger (Kurt); his grandchildren, Christian, Luke Driggs, Braden, Nathan and Hopfenspirger; his siblings, Edmund Driggs, Chandler Driggs and Tina Evans; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Ryan (Betty). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
