Evelyn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Evelyn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Schwab and Edwin Schwab; her husband Joseph N. Sabo, Sr.; and her sons, Joseph Sabo, Jr., Scott Sabo and Neal Sabo.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Vinaixa (Jose) of New Providence; and her grandchildren, Neal Vinaixa (Michelle), Conor Vinaixa and Delaney Vinaixa.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Paul Ippolito Summit Memorial (7 Summit Ave, Summit, NJ 07901).
