He was predeceased by: his parents, K. V. Chen (Hong) and Tung S. Chen. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Margaret Chen (Gia); his siblings, John (Linda Chen) and Jenny (Edward Chang); and his grandchildren, Marcus and Kaylee Chen.
