He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Aurea; his children, Antonio, Jose, Juan, Maritza, Esther and Gisela; his parents, Providencia Martinez and Jose Martinez; and his siblings, Melquiades, Hermenegildo, Francisca, Zoila, Maria, Jose Luis, Hipolito, Georgina and Carmen. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
