She is survived by: her father Jay Allen Glaspy; her husband Kenneth Myers; her daughters, Ashleigh, Alexandria, Jessica and Jordyn Myers; her mother Reverend Doris Glaspy; her sons-in-law, Jeremy Posner and Mohammad Golabi; her siblings, Stephanie Bailey, Jacqueline Long, Jay Glaspy Jr., Brian Glaspy and Victor Jackson; her siblings-in-law, Karlene Glaspy, Derrick Myers Sr. and Benjamin Myers III; and her nieces and nephews, Alison Bailey Bumbray, Sydney Hill, Jameelah Tucker, Jasmine Glaspy, Jessa Glaspy, Christopher Long, James Jackson, Devin Hill and Quentin Bumbray II. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, a host of loving cousins.
Starting with her first job as an in-home nursing aid during the HIV/AIDS epidemic in New York City, Cheryl went on to make her impact as a bed nurse, a nursing administrator, and a first responder for the crises of 9/11, Bird Flu, Ebola, a variety of natural disasters, and Covid – among others.
