She is survived by: her children, Harvey Phillips III (Robyn Gilliard-Partner) and Doreen Walden; her husband Harvey Phillips Jr. of Newark, NJ; her sisters-in-law, Peggy Love and Barbara Douglas; her granddaughter Tiha Allen (Jermaine Allen); her great grandchild Tamir Simons; her children, Glenn Davis and Monica Davis; her grandchildren, Aasia Davis, Mila and Jaelyn Gillard; her godchildren, Annette Smith and Jermaine Hutchinson; her siblings' children, Tracey (Ayana Williams) and Dorian Bryant; and her sisters, Shelia Woodall and Beverly Chestnut. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and close friends.
Rev. Clarice was an honorary member of St. Paul Sounds of Praise and regularly donated to different organizations/foundations as she was known as an unconditional giver.
