She was predeceased by: her father Paul Smith; her husband Edward Jacunski; her siblings, Dorothy Kilberry, Lois Smith, Chester Smith, Robert Smith and Carol DePasquale; her daughters, Paula Carroll, Jacqueline Jacunski and Helen Jacunski; and her grandson Casey Jacunski.
She is survived by: her mother Margaret Smith; her children, Eddie Jacunski (Nicole) and Marcelle Elmer (Kevin); her sister Barbara Salimbene; her grandchildren, Adrienne, Erica, Shawn Elmer, David, Christina, Ryan Carroll, Madalyn and Skyler Jacunski; and her great grandchildren, Alexa Carroll, Kaleb, Nathaniel Hasan, Emily, Alexandra, Isabella Tucker and Jade Jacunski Bloomfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
