We announce the death of Frances Ruth Elizabeth Williams of Newark, New Jersey, born in Irvington, New Jersey, who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 79. Frances will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Matts and John Matts; and her daughter Paula Hendrickson. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Martins (Manuel) of Point Pleasant and MaryAnn Pryce (Winston) of Union, NJ.; her grandchildren, Monica Hendrickson, Michael, Maylee Wayloo, Shanti Jackson, Andre and Keyon Pryce; and her great grandchildren, Roberto Rodriguez Jr., Michael Wayloo Jr. (MJ), Paige and Jace Callahan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A prayer was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
