She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Ortiz; her children, Kim Jones, Kenneth Coleman, Tyrone Jones and Keith Jones; her grandchildren, Tawaheedah Morris, Zahkee Jones, Brooke Jones, Wensday Jones, Natasha Derrick, Aljauw Derrick, Dawaul Derrick, Hassan Pearson, Hassana Allen, Chanel Fretwell, Kaii Coleman, Jaylan Tutt, Kareem Taylor, Keason Taylor, Atiffa Horton and Hakeem Taylor; and her sister Martha Carr. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
