It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lopez Hopson (Newark, New Jersey), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Artina Hopson; and his brothers, Mark "Omar" Hopson and Andre "Snoop" Hopson. He is survived by: his daughter Najeerah Hopson; his sibling Montez Hopson; and his girlfriend Kristina Patton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
