With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luis Mejia (Newark, New Jersey), who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Luis leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Luz Amanda Mejia; his daughters, Martha Mejia and Monica Valencia Mejia; his grandchildren, Bianca Benitez, William Luis Valencia and Nicolas Andres Valencia; and his siblings, Francisco Mejia and Cecilia Mejia.
