She is survived by: her daughter Denise Carroll; her grandchildren, Damien, Devin Carroll and Dana Carroll; her nieces and nephews, James, Ernest Battice, Magdaline, Lorna and Yvonne Battice; her great-niece Arline Waddy; and her nieces, Caines and Phipps.
The Maud Carroll Music Scholarship Foundation was founded in1994 to reward her graduating students for their accomplishments in piano study and performance.
