He is survived by: his significant other Jacquelyn Barry; his sons, Scott Hermes (Nancy Carver) of Wilmington, DE and Brendan Hermes (Deborah McBride) of South Orange, NJ; his sister Elaine Tureaud; and his stepchildren, Robert Barry (Maureen) of Port Murray, NJ, Richard Barry (Julie Smith) of Cranford, NJ, Hope Hezel (Jeff) of Lopatcong, NJ and Amy Mason of Washington, NJ.
