He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Diggins and Catherine Diggins; and his siblings, Therese, Stephen, Matthew, Timothy and Eileen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bernadette and Claire. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends.
